I have been a mobility customer since the 80's. In the last few years Telus have become my most hated company to deal with: constantly sneaking up the price, changing what was free (long distance texting), but at present it is virtually impossible to get a real person to help you. 'Your wait time is one hour' constantly. Their automated help is absolutely useless whether you try it live or on-line. Now they don't even send my bill, not even by email. You have to call and argue about the incremental increases, then do it again in a few months. They just sold out their email service to Google. I am now looking for another provider but it looks like they are all crap.
Changed plan and they removed Apple Care without telling me. After I broke my screen I was forced to buy a new phone. Crooks. Customer service is rude and forceful.
The only issue is the price.
