Videotron offers good customer service and technical support. Their billing is slightly complex, but we find our way around it. However to get a good price you have to negotiate at least once a year. On the contract, the expiry date of the discounts is indicated

The description of the offer I received in the first place was not respected, so I got a plan that was more expensive than what I had before. I didn't do a complaint because of the lack of time and patience.

Over the last few years, the quality of the customer serviced has been going down. It's starting to look more and more like Bell. Long waiting times online, whereas before it was very fast. Bills often have errors, I had to call 8 times in 1 year because of billing errors.
Videotron is a division of Quebecor. Since 2013, Videotron and Rogers are partner. It has others services such as : cable telephony & TV, internet access and video on demand. Operating on its own network in Quebec, Vidétron uses Rogers’ network in other provinces.
